AutoPlusLab provides an automated service that sends Amazon's official review-request message on your behalf, for orders that fall within Amazon's own eligibility window. We guarantee that the request itself is sent for every eligible order. We do not, and cannot, guarantee that any buyer chooses to leave a review — that decision always belongs to the buyer.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for ensuring your use of AutoPlusLab complies with Amazon's own seller policies. You agree not to attempt to use AutoPlusLab to send anything other than the standard, unmodified review request — this is enforced on our end as well, but remains your responsibility too.
AutoPlusLab is offered as a subscription, billed monthly, every 6 months, or every 12 months depending on the plan you choose at signup. 6 and 12-month plans are billed upfront for the full term. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not refund the current billing period already paid for, except as described in our Privacy Policy and by contacting support within 14 days of a new purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of these terms, including attempts to misuse the service in a way that could risk other sellers' Amazon account standing.
AutoPlusLab is provided "as is." While we build and test this service carefully, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, including but not limited to lost sales or lost reviews resulting from Amazon-side outages or policy changes outside our control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AutoPlusLab after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
